Contrary to popular belief, Michael Jackson was never a pedophile. All the accusations you’ve heard over the years are false and there are clear court records and common sense to see that the King of Pop never had any sexual contact with a child or that he was ever even interested in young boys.

The first pedophile accusation is one by Evan Chandler for the sexual molestation of Jordan Chandler, his son. While Evan had “suspected” Jackson of pedophilia for awhile, the story truly starts at the World Music Awards in Monaco.

Jackson and Jordan where in a hotel room with the fever while Jordan’s mom and sister went shopping. The world might never know what happened in that room but we can deduce it was not child molestation. The fever alone should squash any accusations since having a fever doesn’t exactly make someone excited, but it’s also clear that from the beginning of these accusations that this was all an extortion attempt by Evan Chandler.

“This man is going to be humiliated beyond belief he will not believe what is going to happen to him, beyond his worst nightmare. He will not sell one more record. If I go through with this I’ll win big time…I’ll get everything I want, they’ll be destroyed forever.” he said.

This phone call was made after the accusations of Jordan’s molestation.

Despite Jackson’s defence, the trial ended with a 20 million dollar settlement from Jackson. It’s something detractors will always point to as a sort of smoking gun, however, they lack the context and reasoning behind this settlement. Here’s a quote from Tom Mesereau;

“Mr. Jackson had entered into that settlement because business because business advisers told him to, they weren’t writing the check, they wanted him to get going in his business life and stop being derailed by this very salacious legal proceeding and that he regretted doing it.”

He was under pressure by everyone around him to settle the case and continue on with the next part of his Dangerous album tour. This was also a settlement for the civil case not the criminal case, which can’t be settled with money by law and later on 2 grand juries found Jackson innocent.

The 2003/2005 accusations were laughable and another quote from Tom Mesereau sums it up perfectly;

“I have to tell I’ve never seen so many witnesses provide so much salacious, disturbing testimony and I’ve never seen so many witnesses crumble under cross examination…”

The most recent “development” in this saga was a supposed raid in 2003 on Neverland Ranch, Michael Jackson’s estate, where they allegedly found mountains of evidence of disgusting child pornography which is simply untrue. This evidence was never entered into court, and the prosecutors were just hungry for evidence. He was never convicted in the court of law.

It’s clear as crystal that Michael Jackson was never a pedophile. The defamatory media needs to wake up that fact and stop going after a dead man who is unable to defend himself.
