Have you ever wondered if aliens actually existed, or if there could really be another world not on Earth? Dr. Richard Hoover may have finally answered many unsolved questions according to his report on journalofcosmology.com. His conclusion is that ‘life is common throughout the universe.” If his theory is correct, we may someday discover the existence of extra terrestrial beings that, until now, have only been a figment of creative imaginations like Steven Spielberg’s movie “ET”.
Dr. Richard Hoover is a respected astro-biologist with NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alaska and has been studying meteorites for more than ten years. Dr. Hoover has collected meteorites from Antarctica, Alaska, Patagonia, and Siberia. After cutting open a rare meteorite called Cl1 carbonaceous chondrites he concluded that: “the fossilized bacteria are not Earthly contaminants but are the fossilized remains of living organisms which lived in the parent bodies of these meteors, e.g. comets, moons, and other astral bodies.”
His report soon created a firestorm of controversy in the media, with most scientists dismissing his findings as unproven, and giving no credibility to the online journal that published his paper. “Move along folks. There’s nothing to see here,” wrote Rosie Redfield, a microbiologist at the University of British Columbia, saying that it is easy to find structures in nature that appear similar to bacteria. “There’s a lot of stuff there, but not a lot of science.”
And NASA has stated it cannot support Hoover’s hypothesis until it has been reviewed by other scientists. “We have invited 100 experts and have issued a general invitation to over 5,000 scientists from the scientific community to review the paper and to offer their critical analysis,” said Dr. Rudy Schild. NASA was unaware that Hoover published his report on journalofcosmology.com or that it even existed.
So it appears we will have to wait until a complete peer review is done before Dr. Hoover’s findings will be accepted as fact or fiction, and we can finally solve the mystery as to whether aliens exist. So until then:
“ET, if you’re really out there…..will you please PHONE HOME!”
