Dress to Impress: $30 or Less

Most teenage girls would say they shop at H & M, Rue 21, Charlotte Russe, and how could I forget to mention Forever 21, to accessorize their back to school attire. Buying an outfit can cost around $50 just by putting together shoes, jeans, and a regular T-shirt! Why waste so much when you can get the same for so little!

Don’t go for the popular name brands it’s over-rated! For example, you bought all of your clothes at your favorite store and Sally over here does the same and you both happened to wear the same outfit on the first day of school..Ooops-who wore it better? Don’t say I didn’t warn you! I’m not saying you have to stop shopping at your favorite store I’m just warning you from being the victim on Fashion Police. Instead, seek your individual style at stores like TJ Maxx, Ross, Rainbow, and Clothes Ave. These stores provide the basics and they also incorporate accessories to fit every person’s style; this is where affordable meets fashion.

Sometimes you have to make sacrifices! Shopping for some girls is not always their best friend. It gets tiring looking for clothes rack after rack, but if you think about it you could get great deals for a lot less money and by the end of the day you’ll be nothing more then a satisfied costumer. You know the saying “don’t judge a book by its cover”? It comes along the same lines in clothing as well. For example, you’re looking through the racks at the store and all of a sudden you come across an attention- grabbing highlighted yellow T-shirt! You may think it’s an ugly shirt or maybe you think it might not fit, but it won’t hurt to try it! Tip: sometimes what you think doesn’t look good might end up fitting you like a glove!

There is always something waiting for us to buy!  Sometimes you have to keep your eyes wide-open to find it and other times when you least expect it the clothes just happen to find you. Just because the clothes are less expensive doesn’t mean they are from bad quality. Take TJ Maxx for instance, they have designer named brands like Juciy Couture for much less and they are from top quality. Remember it doesn’t matter where you get the clothes from its how you make it work and style them.
