Pitman High School has many talented musicians enrolled in band, orchestra, and choir. This week, The Roaring Times has selected Cyrus Elia, sophomore, as its musician of the week. Elia been chosen due to his hard work and skill.

1.)    What is your favorite genre of music?

“I love music in general, but my favorite genre is electronic.”

2.)    What instrument do you play?

“I play cello, bass, piano, drums, and the guitar.”

3.)    When did you start playing music?

“I started playing the piano at five, cello at seven, and then learned everything else as I went.”

4.) How often do you practice?

“About two to three times a week.” 

5.)    What inspires you as a musician?

“I’m inspired by creativity, and what other people do.”
