As you all know February is the month about love and friendship. You’ve probably noticed several stores have a variety of pink and red hearts around for decoration; or an isle full of heart chocolate boxes and cute stuffed animals. If you have not noticed these decorations Valentine’s Day is here. Mondays are not likeable to most, but this year Monday February 14 will be full of love.
Most think Valentine’s Day is only for people in a relationship, but it’s for everyone. Don’t celebrate this Valentine’s Day with a frown; make a change to your typical Monday.
For those in a relationship…
- Keep in mind, any effort to make them happy gets the job done.
- Make them a card and add some chocolates and drop it off at their house.
- Take them out to their favorite restaurant
- Purchase a necklace
- Flowersrs, yes girls love flowers; in fact one single rose is their preference
- Grab some junk food and watch a romantic comedy
7. If you get dumped on this day, don’t feel down; go out with some friends.
For those who are crushing…
- Think out of the box, be classic but most importantly be you. Girls enjoy the individuality of a guys mind, the little details are the ones that matter the most. (Don’t get me wrong a diamond ring won’t upset girls).
- Send your significant other a small gift, or chocolates.
- Leave a sticky note with a little message on their desk.
- Stop by room D105 to purchase either a single wrapped bouquets or vase arrangements by Friday February 11, 2010. These Valentines gifts will be delivered on February 14, 2011.
For those who are single…
- Get together with some friends and grab some frozen yogurt.
- Send out valentines cards to your friends. It’s never too old to get cartooned cards.
- Bake some cookies and decorate them with valentine’s sprit, express your friendship with others.
- Don’t be a jerk! Valentines Day is about sweetness; for once don’t ruin the moment.
