Robert Griffin the Third  was an amazing quarterback during his college career for example his team stats, career stats, and also his Heisman he won this year at Baylor University. He had his up’s and downs just like any other player does in their career but since were down to crunch time known of that really matters no more after all he was nicknamed RG3.  Some think that he won’t be able to last very long cause of cockiness. Even though RG3 was one of the top prospects of the 2012 draft doesn’t mean he should go over board about everything be about him. He needs to learn that football is a team sport and that you can’t do everything by yourself. He’s also going to have to show some maturity as other quarterbacks join the team to become back ups because he wasn’t the only Quarterback they gotten from the 2012 draft. 

 Some other things are that there’s a lot of responsibility involved and that the team might not take off right away so he’s going to have to be patient. The team will grow and everyone knows it but it won’t happen anytime soon or right away. In the 2012 draft RG3 was drafted in the first round 2overall pick by the Washington Redskins. But the team had recently the Redskins had also announced that he’d be the new starting Quarterback. In the last 15 years the Redskins had 18 different quarterbacks. But they are now hoping that RG3 can help turn this team around and be a big part to being something special. People are also saying that there’s a great risk that he can get hurt because of his style of game play which being a scrambler quarterback instead of being a pocket passer. What could be a big conflict to him though is that when he gets older if hens going to be able to switch styles.

  There are many of different things that can happen in the future and we will never know what’s going to happen. If he really wants to be successful he’s going to have to do those things to get into the place he wants to be. If he doesn’t even do the simple things the team will get nowhere and still be terrible how they are now. What also does no help is that the team has a hard division so it would make it hard to go to the playoffs. So we will see if RG3 will become a successful NFL player or to just be a fluke. The choices he makes now determine what he will then become in the future.
