On Tuesday March 1st, Justin Bieber turned 22 years old. The popstar celebrated another year of success in his life with a huge party in a mansion in Bel Air on February 27th, a few days before his actual birthday.

Many well-known stars attended Justin’s party including Kourtney Kardashian and Joe Jonas, along with quite a few others from the music industry and most of the people that Justin works with including Scooter Braun, Ryan Good, Alfredo Flores. Attendance was huge.

The guests were asked not to take pictures during the party but some of Justin’s team still managed to sneak in and share a few shots of the night. As guests arrived, they walked down a lit-up red carpet that was filled with signs reading “JB22.” The carpet led to the back of the house where the main part of the party was. Everyone was enjoying themselves as they danced and had fun in this extravagant house.

Throughout the night, Justin was given a “bad boy” letterman jacket, had a dance off, and was even serenaded by his good friend and co-writer, Jason Boyd, also known as “Poo Bear”

But this epic night along with Justin’s success didn’t come from nowhere. For over 8 years, Bieber has been working his butt off to accomplish everything that he has.

Back in 2007, Bieber began posting videos of him singing on YouTube. Originally it was only for friends and family to see him participating in his local singing competitions, but soon after a few hundred people found him, he was already receiving many requests for more.

Justin and his mom, Pattie Mallette, made the decision to continue posting covers of Justin singing to see where it would lead them. These covers spread like wildfire, gaining hundreds of thousands of views.

Soon after, Bieber was contacted by Scooter Braun, who is now his manager and friend for life. Braun offered Bieber and his mom a trip to Atlanta, Georgia to see what he could do to work with Justin. Here, Bieber met and sang for Usher, his musical inspiration, who later fought against Justin Timberlake to sign him.

Since then, Justin’s career has exploded. Within a period of six years, the popstar has produced eight albums and has been on two world tours, My World Tour and the Believe Tour, and is about to begin a nine month long, and third world tour, the Purpose Tour. Tour documentary movies, Never Say Never and Believe, even followed each tour.

However, concerts aren’t the only accomplishments of Bieber. Within these 6 years, he has been nominated for over 450 awards and has won over 350 of them, including a Grammy Award and a Diamond Award.

Love him or hate him, he has proved himself to be one of the most talked about celebrities of his time and possibly many more years to come.
