Everyone has some type of stress in their life whether its work, exams, bills etc. One of the best things to do for your health while having stress is to manage and control the source of your stress. 


Some stress can be good like the type that keeps you motivated or the type that avoids you from danger but, if you have too much stress it can make you very sick. If you’re constantly under stress it may cause headaches, high blood pressure, and problems with sleep. Stress can also lead to emotional problems like depression, panic attacks, and anxiety. All of this is not very healthy to your body and can lead to life and death situations.


It is not just the stress that is unhealthy for your body, it’s also the way you respond to it. For instance, if you smoke, use drugs, overeat, gamble, or spending too much,  that’s going to cause more problems. If you think that the way you’re handling life’s stresses is taking a toll on your physical health you may need to do something about it.


To maintain a healthy body and help with your stress you may consider exercising. Working out regularly is one of the best ways to relax your body and mind. Plus, exercise will improve your mood. But you have to do it often for it to pay off. Another way to deal with stress properly is to relax your muscles. Usually when you’re stressed, your muscles get tense. You can help loosen them up on your own and refresh your body by enjoying a massage and most importantly get a good night’s sleep. One of the most important things you could do while dealing with stress is to talk about your problems. If things are bothering you, talking about them can help lower your stress. You can talk to family members, friends, a trusted clergyman, your doctor, or a therapist. 

In conclusion it is always best to find the root to your stress and look for different ways that work for you. Everyone is different in their own way so not all the same techniques will work for everyone. It is your job for yourself to overcome all obstacles in life such as stress and overcome it.
