Teacher Appreciation Week

ASB students going around with their treat cart surprising teachers.

May 3rd – 7th is Teacher Appreciation Week!

This week teachers felt the love here at Pitman High School.  They were treated to ice cream cups on Wednesday from the administrators here at PHS; ASB students created personalized signs that they  posted on teachers’ classroom doors and on Thursday and Friday this week they surprised teachers with a snack cart filled with fruit, brownies, sodas, water, granola bars, and so many other treats!  In addition, there was a raffle for teachers and seven lucky winners were the recipients of gift cards.

Now at the end of a very crazy school year – teachers definitely value the kindness and generosity shown by many.  Appreciation doesn’t always have to be a gift – but a sweet note, a kind word or gesture, and just knowing that all the hard work teachers are putting forth is being recognized.

Thank you to our amazing teachers at PHS!
