The team has already had an amazing season, and there’s way more to come! Pitman seniors Lola Stangfeld, Bella Green, and Mya Sanchez were able to give a few words on the team, and the highly anticipated season to come.
“I’m really thankful I got to spend these past four years with some amazing teammates and great coaches. [It will] definitely be sad leaving this program” said Strangfeld.
Green also stated, “These past [four] years allowed me to become friends with people that I usually wouldn’t have had the opportunity to talk to. I am grateful that I got to hang out with such a funny and chill group of people, and I’m going to be sad when it’s all over.”
Lastly, Sanchez expressed, “I’m excited for my last year and I’m so excited to finish out my high school career with this group of girls. They made the last four years so memorable and I will miss them. I can’t wait to hopefully win our third straight CCAL championship, and hopefully make it far in the playoffs.”
