As a current senior class of 2026, I thought that it’d be a brilliant idea to write an article about people’s opinions on senior year. I will be taking time to interview seniors around campus asking them their opinions on senior year. For this interview I asked a set of 7 questions. I interviewed 1 senior from Pitman high, To start off the interview process I interviewed Roberto Garcia (grade 12) from Pitman High School, furthermore my first question is how is senior year treating you so far and how is this year different from previous years?
Garcia responded with, ”Ehh, I mean we are seniors no so everything just kind of feels different.”
Me: “How is it different from previous years?”
Him: “Well, I mean we are seniors now so..everything just kind of feels different.”
Me: “Do you plan on graduating?”
Him: ”Yes”
Me: “Do you think you’re going to graduate?”
Him: “I hope so!”
Me: “I hope you do!”
Him: “ Thank you.”
Me: “Who do you think in your family would be the most happy if you graduated high school?
Him: “Probably my sister.”
Me: ”Why do you think so?”
Him :”She has always been there for me.”
Me: ”Do you think that senior year is difficult or easy so far?”
Him: “A bit of both.”
Me: ”Do you feel senior year prices for everything are reasonable?”
Him: ”Not really, I mean I think they should be lower so everyone could afford something.”

I will also be answering the same questions myself, since I am a senior, so yeah. Senior year is so far so good, just trying to catch back up because I was out due to covid, then other personal issues so it’s difficult to catch up. I do plan on graduating, and I really can’t wait to find out if I do or not. It would be a dream to graduate. My mother and father would probably be really proud of me. I mean my dad dont even go really anywhere, but he said he would definitely go to my graduation, he isn’t missing it for anything he says. I think senior year is mid so far. Not too hard or easy. I think pricing is really expensive, not everyone can afford senior year, and they should make pricing more affordable for all.
