Break-downs, panic attacks, cat fights and heartbreak make up season twenty of The Bachelor.

Ben Higgins was the Indiana man that got his heart broken by Kaitlyn Bristowe during her season of The Bachelorette. Ben grew up in the small town of Warsaw, Indiana and now resides in Denver, Colorado. Ben is, considered by many to be the perfect bachelor because he’s handsome, he has a great personality, and he has a great heart and personality. However, one thing Ben fears is being unlovable.

The Bachelor always seems to throw curveballs at its audiences. The cast this season definitely was one to remember.

Olivia was one girl that shocked America because of her comments to Ben and the other girls. On the first night, Ben gave Olivia the First Impression Rose. During one on one time with the bachelor himself, Olivia stated That she wasn’t “like the other girls because they all like to paint their nail and do each others’ hair and she likes to read and think, to talk smart things.”

“I feel like it’s an episode of Teen Mom that I watch… freaks me out.” Olivia said this to one of contestants, Amanda, about her two daughters at home.

Amanda is a mom of two daughters, she was another hit with America purely because she was an easily liked mother. During hometowns, Amanda brought Ben home to meet her family and most importantly her two daughters. Sadly, Ben let Amanda go after their date.

Along with many other girls this season, JoJo (Joelle), the new bachelorette next season, was heavily talked about. She fell head-over-heals in love with Ben and made it to the final two. Sadly for JoJo, Ben chose Lauren B.

Lauren B. won Ben’s heart, along with America’s, this season. Ben’s parents, and most important critics, loved Lauren almost as much as Ben does. They are engaged and set to marry “very soon” says former bachelor, Ben Higgins.

Season twenty was filled with many memorable moments as well.

Ben had a set of twins “competing” for his love (Emily and Haley).

After eliminating Haley, Ben brought Emily home to meet his parents. Unfortunately for her, he sent her home.

Another contestant, Lace, got mad at Ben for not making eye contact with her during the first rose ceremony. Lace sent herself home a few rose ceremonies later because she wanted to focus on herself.

After sending JoJo home, Ben proposed to Lauren B., of course she said yes.

On After the Final Rose, Ben re-proposed to Lauren in front of their family and friends.Ben and Lauren have not yet set a date for the wedding, but Ben says it will be soon.

Speaking of weddings, this season, Bachelor Nation got to witness Jade and Tanner’s wedding, contestants from Bachelor In Paradise.
