A favorite of zombie lovers worldwide finally returns for the later half of another great season! Preceding seasons have seen the cast battle through a handful of corrupt leaders and the societies they preside over, but now season 7 has viewers on the edge of their seat as Rick, Andrew Lincoln, and the crew prepare to take down Negan played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

First it was the governor, then it was terminus, then it was the governor again, then it was a clan of cannibalistic psychopaths! The crew of The Walking Dead are facing grave danger as the leader of the Saviors, Negan, has gained control over their sanctuary Alexandria. Neegan steals half of all surrounding societies goods for himself and his totalitarian regime.

Now that the group is reunited with the return of Daryl, played by Norman Reedus, as well as the cooperation of King Ezekiel and his Kingdom along with assistance of Gregory and his hillside community.

After viewing the most recent episode on Sunday the twelfth, fans could not be more excited for the end of another great season of The Walking Dead.

Midway through the episode, Rick and Michonne devise a plan to take out a thousands of walkers with a single blow. Stuck on a highway full of explosives, a crew from Alexandria seems to be stuck on with no way out. Ingeniously, Rick and Michonne hot wire two cars with steel cable holding them together. In a last effort escape they closeline thousands of zombies making room for the rest of the crew to escape.

This fast-paced action is what viewers have been craving for almost a whole season. A meeting between Alexandria natives and King Ezekiel also prompted much applause from the audience.

Now with the cooperation of The Kingdom and the Hilltop community, it is time for Alexandria to prepare for war. However on a run to look for a missing member of the clan, Rick and friends run into another community of what seems like like-minded individuals.

In the final scene of the episode, Rick smiles with his hands up surrendering to this new covert group who has been living in the woods for an extended period of time. Rick’s faint smile foreshadows good things to come as the cast and crew begin to conclude the seventh season of The Walking Dead.
